Follow Your Inner Compass

I am an actress and singer, mostly in musical theatre, but I have loaned myself to several aspects of this magical industry for the past 19 years. I was born in Zimbabwe and spent most of my adult life in South Africa before moving to London just over a year ago. Last year, I spent 6 months travelling all over the UK performing in the UK Tour of Summer Holiday with an incredible bunch of talented performers, musicians and crew. While on tour I was diagnosed with breast cancer and chose to carry on with the tour until surgery seemed inevitable. I have been recovering from two surgeries since October with another one still to come, and as crazy as it is to believe, I’m living my fullest and most inspiring life so far. You’ll find me with my nose in a book, having a catch up with a friend, hugging a tree or in meditation and once I’ve “kicked chemo’s ass” (not my words) you’ll find me much the same...perhaps in need of a long detox, but slightly more enlightened and humbled by this entire journey.
